Lhuillier’s official mobile application that allows users to access send money, pay bills, buy load and more online using a smartphone. The App was designed to serve as the online bridge or tulay for Filipinos who do not have access to banks and other financial institutions. ML Wallet app also gives users automatic access to M Lhuillier’s 3,000-physical branch network which aims to improve over-all customer experience, especially in the new normal.

The new ML Wallet 11 system is designed with robust customer security features. This requires us to enforce a one-mobile no. per user policy, as required by law. If you have another existing ML Wallet account that needs merging to the account you are logged into, tap the "Add Another Account" link underneath the balance, on the home page.
You will be required to login to the other account you are trying to merge. You need to enter the username and password of the old account. You may also choose to input your old ML Wallet number instead if you prefer. You will be sent an OTP (one-time-PIN) on the mobile number listed on the other account. Once successful, the balance of the account you are currently logged into.
You can merge multiple accounts. However, you can only merge the same old account, once.
Yes, you may. The branch-verified Tier has the same transaction limits as the Fully-verified Tier completed online.
Daily limits reset at midnight. Monthly limits reset at midnight on the first day of the month.
For Personal Accounts, there is limit of one account per person. However, you may register a second business account with the same account details, using a different mobile number. There are documentary requirements to open a Business Account. Please contact mlwallet@mlhuillier.com to apply for a Business Account.
Yes, you may. For your security, we will need to verify that the owner of the account is initiating the change. Navigate to "Support" on the left side menu, and select "Change your Mobile Number" after entering your details. A customer service representative will reach out and may request more information to prove ownership of this account.
This is done to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot have access to your account if your device and/or number are compromised or stolen.

Generally, this takes 1-2 banking days. But it may take longer depending on the bank. Transactions after banking hours are processed the next banking day. Please note that bank holidays, weekends, and natural disasters will affect processing time.
